To ensure safe delivery, the Glacier Phantom is shipped without coolant pre-filled. Instead, we provide:
- A bottle of pre-measured non-conductive coolant
- A squeeze bottle for easy filling
- A printed step-by-step guide
- A QR code linking to a setup video
We leak-test every system before shipping, but shipping with liquid inside risks leaks due to air pressure and temperature changes during transit. Filling the loop at home is simple and safe using our included instructions.
Yes! Every Prebuilt Pro PC is fully assembled, cable-managed, and tested before it
ships. You just unbox, plug in, and power up (for Glacier Phantom, fill the loop first).
Absolutely. We design custom loop systems like the Glacier Phantom to be plug-
and-play with minimal setup. Our instructions walk you through the safe fill-up process,
and the loop is already pre-installed and leak-tested.
Yes! We use standard components — meaning you’re free to swap out the GPU,
RAM, storage, or even the motherboard down the road.
All Prebuilt Pro systems include a 1-year limited warranty on parts and labor.
Extended coverage is also available.
